Empanada Bella is owned and operated by Jenifer Devoy and her father, Antonio Roman. As a current stay at home mother, Jenifer has often dreamed of bringing this savory Argentine dish to the dinner tables of families all over California.
As a young child, Jenifer had fond memories of preparing empanadas with her father, Antonio and older sister, Marcella.
The tradition included making each individual empanada with love as they would carefully fill and fold each, while the kitchen filled with aroma of onions, and fresh baked dough.
Empanada Bella can be made with a variety of delicious fillings. Vegan options are also available upon request as well.
