Our food is deeply influenced by our Sicilian roots. My dad Antonio speaks both Spanish and Italian. His mom immigrated to Argentina in her teens with her family from Sicily. She was an amazing cook and my dad learned everything he knows from her.
Our Chimichurri is not typical because of this. You will notice a touch of fresh basil in each batch along with some other secrets spices that blends the authenticity of the farms in San Juan with flavors from Sicily. I promise it will be the best Chimichurri you have ever tried. Feel free to save the excess and add it a grilled protein or veggie of your choice at home.
